As can be seen elsewhere on this website, I enjoy working with highly gifted people and highly sensitive people (HSP). Among there reason there is that they many repeatedly struggle with their place in the world and in society and experience misunderstanding and rejection due to being a bit different. I know these experiences myself. But my door is also open to everyone else. There are many reasons why you may reach a point in life where you struggle, experience a standstill, are perhaps overwhelmed, or have lost a clear view on where to go from here. A crossroads has appeared. Which path should you take?

There are many coaches, and they all have their specialities

and particular skills. Why yould you choose me as your

coach?

I have a sense of when people are either stuck in stories or self-definitions or beliefs they tell themselves and that restrain them, or when on the contrary they get closer to their inner truth which may be quite different. And that I can reflect to people - respectfully, with empathy, but also with honesty and candour. In this way, you can increase your discernment and see more of yourself. But this only works if you are also willing to be very honest with yourself. Because otherwise the conflict within you continues its works - namely the energy-sapping conflict between the story you tell yourself on one side and reality on the other. Internal parts (e.g., inner children) can be in conflict with each other. Or they may have fallen into oblivion or inner banishment. Energy can disappear that you could otherwise use to move forward in life. Each of these parts has certain needs. And if these are not seen and met, the conflicts remain and more energy is sucked away. One of my main directions of work is to spot these parts, make them visible, give them a voice, and bring them back into more cooperative ways with each other, so that in the end they all work together instead of against each other. The more inner parts align into the same common direction, the more energy and liveliness you experience. You can then come into action, find purpose, increase your self-confidence and self-assurance, enhance your personal agency and head for the next level of your life. Perhaps you would like to organise your thinking. There are various projects and dreams half-sleeping in you. Thoughts keep turning in ruminative circles and contradicting each other. You want to accomplish something and don't know how and where to start. Or there is some project you see quite clearly and hold dear, but something keeps getting in the way. My sense for overarching or unusual connections can help you here. I can help you untangle all this, separate what is important from what is unimportant and just standing in the way, and see the central theme of your further personality development or life path. It is my deep conviction that conflicts between people always begin as conflicts within people before they project themselves outwards and get entangle with what others project on you. And so life out there plays piano on our "triggers". We go off the rails over mere nothings, for example, and then look sadly at the ruins of our relationships. That's why I consider honest Shadow work to be indispensable on every life path: 1.) Seeing our own dark sides in order to stop projecting ourselves onto others and "the world". 2) Consciously integrating these sides into our personality in order to reach a new level of maturity and wholeness. The psychologist Carl Gustav Jung called this the "Individuation". The Integral Approach sees them as individual and collective "degrees of maturity". It can also be called stages of personality development in the quest for personal sovereignty. This path can either be tough and long. Or you can approach it with radical honesty, in which case it will be much easier, because you stop struggling to overcome your stories, beliefs and self- definitions. It will be all the easier if you are accompanied along the way by a coach who will guide you with a non-judgemental spirit of inquiry and acceptance. Maybe you will not relate to the following metaphor, but here it is anyway: As long as you do not walk through your own shadow, you only see false light. The true light lies behind the shadow, and only there can you find wholeness again. See also: Contact & Appointments What your first coaching session may look like What is Systemic Coaching?
